The usual press conference was held yesterday at noon in the Kavala City Hall in light of tomorrow’s White Night in our city.
The deputy mayor Apostolos Mumtsakis, the president of the Trade Association Yiannis Kelgiorgis and Yiannis Koutras, as the representative of the Chamber, spoke about it. They, as well as other local organizations and associations, are working together to organize the celebration tomorrow in Kavala.
They invited the residents and guests to participate in something that, as typically said, will also be an advertisement for Kavala. Although this year there is no central musical event, it is expected that the success of the event will be great.
Thanks to the mobilization of traders and professionals. Thanks to the response that the citizens will show. The White Night starts at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow afternoon, while the traffic measures in the center (along with the pedestrianization of Omonia) will be in effect from 5:00 p.m.
“It is something people want. It stimulates the market, it is expanding this year to Venizelou Street” said the president of the Trade Association Yiannis Kelgiorgis.

The first White Night was held in Kavala in 2014.
