The social and political concern group “Kavala Brosta” with its announcement invites all Kavalians, regardless of political ideology, to celebrate together the freedom of speech and the freedom of art, at the movie screening event at the “Apollo” cinema.
This is the film by Nikos Tzimas “The Man with the Carnation” with music by Mikis Theodorakis.
Before the screening of the film, there will be a discussion on “Left, Art and Politics”, with the participation of the director Nikos Tzima and the President of the Greek Actors’ Union Spyros Bibila.
Elias Georgakopoulos from Kapsoula Cocktail Bar will create a cocktail exclusively for the event.
The screening will take place on Tuesday, September 06, 2022, at the “Apollo” cinema, starting at 19:00.
